Export path
- Shop Manager → Finances → Monthly statements
- Pick the month → download CSV
- Prefer anonymized copies if sharing screenshots
Columns that matter
Date, Type, Title, Info, Amount, Fees & Taxes, Net — Sale, Fee, Refund, Deposit, ads-related types.
Then reconcile
